Here is a link to an organization (DefCon) exposing the NeoCon agenda of the "Religious Right" who are attempting to hijack the Republican Party. Missouri has seen a lot of political activity generated in Churches as an outgrowth of this far Right and misguided "ministry". A very revealing site, with action steps to help contain these folks.

Claire McCaskill has won Barabara Boxer's national Competion for support from the PAC for Change. She took 24% of the 67000 online votes cast in a crowded field. I think the whole Nation is realizing that Missouri has to go blue and that rubber stamp Talent deserves to be on his way out the door.

This came to us in an EMail from MoveOn. New Organizing Institute will sponsor all expenses paid, 50 activists from around the Country interested in learning how to be online resources and workers in 06 campaigns.

This DFA endorsed Veterans group is calling for daily front page reporting of IraQ troop fatalities and for withdrawal from Iraq. They have some great tools on their site to help accomplish this and need our support. Check out this site.

MoVeOn has a point. Democrats need to vote against the repeal of what Karl Rove terms the "Death Tax". The Estate Tax cut benefits the super rich at the expense of ever expanding debt and programs that truly help America. A handful of Democratic Senators could make all the difference and MoveOn plans ad campaigns in their districts. Sounds like a good idea. Here is the link.
